CARD PAYMENT

Our platform is connected to Internet acquiring so that you can pay for the goods with Visa, Mastercard or MIR cards. After your approval of a flight, you will be redirected to the Tinkoff Bank JSC’s secured payment page to enter your bank card details.

For any additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3D Secure protocol is used. If your Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification.

Bank Card Payment Instructions

For correct entry, you should carefully and accurately enter the data as indicated on your card, following the sequence of digits and letters:

  1. Cardholder (as a rule, he or she is indicated on the obverse of a bank card, in English, in capital letters. E. g., IVANOV IVAN);
  2. Card number (as a rule, it is indicated on the obverse of a bank card and consists of 16 digits. E. g., 0123 4567 8901 2345);
  3. Card validity period (as a rule, it is indicated on the obverse of a bank card – the month and year through which the card is valid. The card validity period is entered in digits. For example, 12 (entered in the month box) and 13 (entered in the year box) mean that the card is valid until December 2013);
  4. CVV2 or CVC2 card code (as a rule, it is indicated on the back of a bank card and consists of 3 digits. E. g., 123);
  5. The bank card has expired. As a rule, the card validity period is indicated on the obverse of the card (this is the month and year through which the card is valid). You can find out more about the validity period of your card by contacting the bank that issued your bank card;
  6. Not sufficient funds on the bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on your bank card by contacting the Bank that issued your bank card;
  7. The fixed limit of operations per day has been exceeded. The amount of the daily limit for all transactions is determined by the partner Bank. Detailed terms and conditions for the provision of services, terms and rules of payment, as well as other details of a specific flight, are stated in the Contract for each flight.
